Love mom this Mothers Day

 

It’s Mothers Day this Sunday and if you’re anything like me, you will be frantically searching for some sort of gift on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. This often results in a “can I take you to lunch” scenario which is great, but let’s be honest, isn’t the most innovative idea out there.

 

Here at Buchulife we adopt a “Healthy Living” approach to all that we do. Mothers Day is no different! So instead of buying mom chocolates, we will get her a voucher for Wellness Warehouse. Instead of going for breakfast/lunch at some random restaurant, we would instead pack a healthy, scrumptious picnic and go for a hike up the mountain.  We would even book a joint session with a dietician to see how we can eat more healthily.

 

There are so many healthy solutions to celebratory days such as Mothers Day, we just have to think a little more and plan in advance. Let’s give mom more than just an hour’s lunch this Sunday.
